Zboží skladem bez jakýchkoliv úprav: Expedujeme následující pracovní den.
Dodání objednávky trvá 1−2 pracovní dny od expedice zásilky. Svojí objednávku můžete sledovat pod trasovacím číslem, které Vám zašleme na Vaši e-mailovou adresu.

  • Standard shipping within the EU (2−5 Working Days) — 300 Kc
TAXES AND DUTIES:
All prices are exclusive of tax and duties. Please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country if your order has been placed from outside the European Union.
Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs.

PRE-ORDERS TERMS

Please be aware that because of the "pre-sale" nature of such transactions, you should expect a wait period of approximately four weeks between the date you place your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the product page of the respective item. Please note that the shipping window on the product page is an estimate, while we endeavour to ship all orders within the estimated window, in some cases there may be a small delay. Please wait at least 6 weeks from the date you have placed the preorder before you contact us, We are unable to provide an exact shipping date due to the handmade nature of our products. Most items are shipped within the estimated window and an email with the tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order. If you are no longer able to receive your preordered item at the original shipping address, email us with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used and we will update the shipping address for you.
RETURNS

The goods may be returned and exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt of the shipment. We only refund the amount for which the goods were invoiced, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Goods to be returned must be unworn, undamaged in their original packaging, free from dirt and odor, all tags, labels, and security seals remain intact (not removed or cut). If these conditions are not met, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange and will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.

HOW TO RETURN
  • Make sure that the goods are eligible for return, as per conditions described above
  • Put a completed exchange and return form into the original packing. Download the form
  • In case of returning promotional items with gifts, pack the full set as received.

REFUND
  • Once the goods are received and eligibility criteria for the returned goods are met, we make a refund.
  • If payment on the website was made through the Stripe system, funds will be automatically returned to the card from which payment was made. Otherwise, funds are returned by transfer to an account specified in the Application for Return.
  • When returning funds to a bank card, funds receipt period on the buyer’s account may depend on the banking institution policies that issued a card. The estimated refund term is 7-14 bank days
  • Please, bear in mind, the delivery cost is not subject to a refund. Please also note what if upon receiving the goods you paid customs fees/taxes, then these payments amount, i.e. customs fees/taxes, are not subject to refund.

WARRANTY PERIOD AND RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS

The warranty period for all items is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt when purchased through our website. After purchase, we recommend reviewing the care instructions provided on the accompanying card or on our website. Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds if the item has been used or cared for in a manner inconsistent with these guidelines.

The following are not considered warranty cases:
  • Defects resulting from improper use that does not take into account the characteristics of the item and its materials (such as snags, mechanical damage, water or chemical stains on delicate fabrics)
  • Items that have been repaired prior to the end of the warranty period
  • Malfunctioning hardware or accessories
  • Tears, cuts, scuffing, stains, or fading of fabric
  • Pilling
  • Any other issues resulting from improper use, care, storage, transportation, third-party interference, or force majeure events
